Article 216: Compulsory Jurisdiction of the Court

  1.         The Member States agree that they recognise as compulsory, ipso facto and without special agreement, the original jurisdiction of the Court referred to in Article 211.
  1.         In the event of a dispute as to whether the Court has jurisdiction, the matter shall be determined by decision of the Court.
