Article 212: Advisory Opinions of the Court

  1.         The Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deliver advisory opinions concerning the interpretation and application of the Treaty.
  1.         Advisory opinions shall be delivered only at the request of the Member States parties to a dispute or the Community.
