Article 190: Notification of Existence and Settlement of Disputes
- Member States parties to a dispute shall notify the Secretary-General of: (a) the existence and nature of the dispute; and
(b) any mode of dispute settlement agreed upon or initiated.
- Where a settlement is reached the Member States concerned shall notify the Secretary-General of the settlement and the mode used in arriving at the settlement.
- The Secretary-General shall, as soon as practicable after receiving the information pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 2, notify other Member States of the information received.
