The Member States shall not apply any export duties on goods of Community origin traded within the Community.
Nothing in this Article shall prevent a Member State from taking such measures as are necessary to prevent evasion of export duties which are applied to products destined for export outside of the Community where such products are re-exported through another Member State.
For the purposes of this Article, “export duties” means any duties or charges with equivalent effect imposed on or in connection with the exportation of goods.
